BUSINESS TRAVEL SALES MANAGER
Description:
This individual will be responsible for solicitation of all accounts that can generate individual business travel from the corporate transient market on both a local and national level pro-actively managing all aspects of the sales cycle involving identifying, soliciting, negotiating and contracting annual RFP's for the most desirable business in accordance with the hotel business plan. The ideal candidate will have three years previous sales experience in a four star hotel/resort managing the corporate travel market segment. A successful candidate must exhibit superior sales skills that result in closing of sales and ensures building/maintaining of professional business relations. This individual must have solid knowledge of Delphi and the ability to understand booking guidelines, rate parameters, market intelligence and revenue objectives.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Description:
This individual will have previous hotel experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A successful candidate must exhibit superior research skills with a proven track record for anticipating and following through on leads to maximize sales. GROUP SALES MANAGER
Description:
Responsible for the solicitation of all group accounts in assigned markets. The position will pro-actively manage all aspects of sales cycle with prospects: relationship development, proposal generation and contract negotiations. Three years of previous sales experience in a four star hotel/resort, solid Delphi and Excel, and availability outside of the standard M-F business week is required.
GUEST SERVICE AGENT
Description:
Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering guest requests in a timely manner, cash handling and answering phones. Must have previous customer service experience and enjoy helping guests. Must be flexible to work overnight shifts.
CRIMSON LOUNGE BARTENDER PART-TIME
Description:
Responsible for making and serving drinks to guests in the Crimson Lounge. This position requires someone who is extrememly outgoing and friendly to all guests and employees and is always presentable. Must have previous bartending experience.
CRIMSON LOUNGE COCKTAIL SERVER ON-CALL
Description:
Responsible for serving drinks in the Crimson Lounge. Must be friendly, approachable, presentable and outgoing. Servers must have knowledge of different liquors and must have previous experience as a cocktail server. Must have excellent communication skills and must be punctual.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Description:
Responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the housekeeping department including but not limited to key control, lost and found, employee file maintenance, inventory and ordering supplies, cleaning rooms as needed, assisting laundry as needed, maintaining cleanliness standards for both rooms and public areas inspecting them daily, and will understand "Right to Know" laws. Will ensure staff is properly trained and will promote a positive, cooperative work environment.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be computer literate. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. 2 years previous housekeeping experience preferred.
